Real tech support conversation today with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) of a leading networking security vendor:

Vendor's TAC: Hi. This is Vendor's. What can I help you with?
Guamu: We're having such and such and such issues...
Vendor's TAC: Ok, let me check the device...
Guamu: No problem **gives access**

**20 minutes of  troubleshooting**

Vendor's TAC: Can you give me 2 minutes?
Guamu: Ok.
**2 minutes pass**

Guamu: Your 2 minutes have passed. Ha Ha.
**Click**
Guamu: Hello..? Hello...?

The moral of the story: Don't try to be "funny"
